He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Catherine Shreve Foster; his sons, Frank Blew, Jr. and Mike Blew; and his siblings, Ellis Foster and Marjorie Burnett.
He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Blew Israel (Ben) of Fayetteville; and his daughters-in-law, Mava Gilley Blew of Fayetteville and Rita Ragland Blew of Junction, Texas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
