He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Adair and Helen Steadman Adair; his daughter Karmen Kaye Allen; his brother John Adair; and his grandson Matthew Leichner.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Leichner (Mark) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Carol Anne Leichner, Maya Allen and Bailey Allen; his great grandchild McKane Leichner; and his son-in-law Keith Allen.
He also served in the Washington County 4-H Foundation.
