She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Allen and Jane Allen; and her daughter Jeanna Holt. She is survived by: her husband Don Holt; her son Lee Anson; her daughter-in-law Kathy Holt of Farmington, Arkansas; her daughter Jasa Larice Holt of Olympia, Washington; her sister Dorothy Ball of Mountain Home, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Lee and Heather; and her great grandchildren, Micah and Harper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws, and her many friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Washington Regional Hospice or Arkansas Children's Hospital, in her name.
