He is survived by: his friend Reid Holiman (Jackie); his wife Bette Jean Holiman; his children, Cathy McCay Rushing (Richard) and Steven McCay Williams (Stacey) of Tucson, Arizona; his grandchildren, Spencer McCay Williams (Miao), Shelby Lynn Williams, Steven McCay Williams, II, Allison Smith and Stewart James Smith; his sister Virginia Carol Allen; and his nephew Jim Allen Jr. (Kelly). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
