He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse W. Rodgers and Ruth Heavener Rodgers; and his sister Margaret Gorman. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Weatherford Rodgers of Pine Bluff; his daughters, Terry Rodgers Fox (Fred) of Fayetteville and Tena Billings Rodgers of Fayetteville; and his great grandchildren, Luke Rodgers Williamson, Lily Grace Williamson, Marley Fox Kingdon, Micah Thomas Kingdon, Miles Tillman Jorgensen and Charlie B. Jorgensen.
