He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Hank" and Lora Stroth Miller. He is survived by: his wife Betty Miller; his daughter Michelle Coker (Darren) of Kansas City, Kansas; his grandchildren, Canaan Coker, Garrison Coker and Ariana Coker; his stepmother Rita Miller of Fayetteville; and his sisters, Carolyn Miller-Meek (Michael) of Corvallis, Marilyn Miller-Mohn (Pat) of Reno and Deborah Spoonts (Bob) of Arlington, Texas. He is also survived by two nephews and one niece.
