He is survived by: his children, Lacey Dow of Fayetteville, Edward Dow of Alpena, Arkansas, Liley Dow of Alpena, Arkansas, Joseph Dow of Alpena, Arkansas and Benjamin Dow of Alpena, Arkansas; his sisters, Marilyn Sevier of Elkins and Mary Ann Fraysher of Charleston; his brother-in-law David Sevier of Elkins, Arkansas; and his nieces and nephews, Daina Fraysher, Hillary Sevier, Michael Fraysher and James Austin. He is also survived by eleven step-brothers; six step-sisters.
