He is survived by: his daughter Kim; his son-in-law David Benish of Farmington; his son Keith; his daughter-in-law Lena Phillips of Rheas Mill, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Bethany Farmer (David) of Farmington, Justin Benish of Fayetteville, Chace Phillips (Dove) of Mulberry, Hailee Brockmeyer of Siloam Springs, Arkansas and Holly Brockmeyer of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Madalynn, Grayson, Millie Mae Farmer of Farmington and Waylon Brockmeyer of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; and his siblings, Sue Vickery of Prairie Grove, Gary Phillips of Prairie Grove, Debbie, Carol Hudson and Dwight Phillips of Hogeye. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
