She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Banks and Marguerite Banks (Reed); and her husband Jerry Shannon. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Ann Shannon (Nathan Crabtree) of Manhattan, Kansas and Allan Ray Shannon (Jill Phillips); her grandson Lucas Crabtree of Manhattan, Kansas; her brother-in-law Tommy Shannon (Jean) of Farmington; and her niece Joy Shannon.
