She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Jordan of Washington and Ellen Ophelia Perkins Jordan; and her husband Sonny Cook. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Renee Hernandez of Farmington, Arkansas and Steven Ray Cook of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Payton, Michelle and Matthew; and her siblings, Leroy Jordan of Farmington, Darrell Jordan of Hindsville, Arkansas, Roberta Jones of Farmington and Mary Ann Byrns of Dallas, Texas.. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
