It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ora Catherine Stephens of Farmington, Arkansas, born in Marshall, Arkansas, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus R Qualls and Bessie Qualls (Watkins); and her siblings, Sharon Everly, Virgil, Ardith and Charles Qualls.

She is survived by: her children, Billy Treat (Sarah) of Lowell, Arkansas and Kim Treat of Farmington, Arkansas; her siblings, Rex Qualls (Gloria) of Springdale, Arkansas, Nora Lee Peters (Jerry) of Farmington, Lois Alderson (Wayne) of Fayetteville, Arkansas and P. J. Langford of Fayetteville, Arkansas; her sister-in-law Linda Qualls of Hindsville, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Chelsey Carter (Dustin), Alex Treat and Jeff Treat; and her great grandchildren, Colt Carter, Remi Carter and Benny Carter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
