He is survived by: his wife Melinda Braslavsky; his children, William Matthew Braslavsky of Cedar Rapids, Melissa Lougenia Braslavsky of Collinsville and Timothy Michael Braslavsky of Farmington, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Jarek, Lillian, Allison and Micah.
