He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Warren, Sr. and Mittie King Warren; his wife Carolyn Ann Warren; and his brothers, Al Morris, Cliff Morris and Clarence Warren.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Davis of Denver, CO, Terry Davis of Fayetteville and John H. Warren III (Sharline) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Austin Davis, Ben Davis, Krista Musgrave, Terra Davis and Isabella Warren; and his great grandchildren, Jerimah Musgrave, Olivia Musgrave, Adyson Musgrave and Cade Davis.
