He is survived by: his wife Telisa Lowe; his daughter Rebecca Elaine Tomlinson (Douglas); his stepson Travis Burk; his siblings, Edwin Lowe, Eldena Plain (Huverton) and Edwina Pettyjohn (Tim); his grandchildren, KayLeigh, Jason, Johnathan and Triston; and his great grandchild Laikynn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
