He is survived by: his children, Charles Perkins of Farmington, Oscar Perkins of Amarillo, Texas and Angela Perkins of Decatur, Arkansas; his brother Gilbert Perkins of Lincoln, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Heidi Rust, Kylie Perkins, Savannah Perkins, Tatum Perkins, Tripp Perkins, Paisley Perkins, Porter Perkins, Marshall Perkins, Mallory Perkins, Colton Perkins, Lexi Perkins, Weston Perkins and Addi Perkins; and his great grandchild Danny. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
