He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel F. Burnett and Ella Julie Burnett (Drake); his son Thomas Burnett; and his brothers, Jerry and Roy Burnett.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Burnett; and his children, Timothy Burnett (Andrea) of West Fork, Arkansas and Rebecca Roach (Max) of Farmington, Arkansas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
