She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Rhine and Alice Rhine (Lackey); and her brother Bill Rhine. She is survived by: her husband James Walthers; her children, Cody Collins (Tofi) of Lemoore, Dylan Walthers of Farmington, Arkansas, Desiree Walthers of Winder, Jessica Hartman (Sterling) of Bentonville and Alani Minor (Dwayne) of Lowell, Arkansas; and her siblings, Mike Brown of Prairie Grove, Rick Rhine of Sacramento, California, Christine Brown of Riverton, Kansas and Debbie Clark of Riverton, Kansas. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
