We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2025, at the age of 73, Thomas William Phifer Jr. of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Thomas William Phifer, Sr.; and his grandparents, James, Flora Phifer, Arthur and Arvalie Boatman.

He is survived by: his wife Joy Phifer; his mother Nella Pich; his stepfather Albert Pich; his daughters, Shelly Vaughan (Brent) and Kimberly Richey (Ryan); his sister Scottie Leslie; his grandchildren, Amanda Nalley, Kevin Nalley (Emily), Bailey McDaniel (Dakota), Lily Richey and Ryder Richey; and his great grandchildren, Blakely McDaniel, Brayden Nalley and Collins Nalley.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Westbrook Funeral Home (183 N Livermore St, Hazen, AR 72064).
