He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Blahnik and Roselyn Dobrino Blahnik; and his siblings, Rosemarie Blahnik and Joseph Blahnik. He is survived by: his wife Terri Blahnik; his daughters, Krysta Blahnik and Victoria Blahnik; his grandchildren, Oriana, Tatum, Benton and Alexandria; and his sister Christine Pfeifer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and numerous friends.
