It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Mills of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas, who passed away on March 1, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his significant other Mary Mills; and his children, Michele Matsunaga (Kouichi), Marcia Byers (Alan) and Nathan May (Ashley). He is also survived by four grandchildren, three siblings, a multitude of nieces, nephews and numerous other beloved family members.
