She was predeceased by: her parents, Alden Windle Jay and Edna Mae Tolls Jay; her husband Bruce Eugene Wells; her daughter Angie Sue Innes; and her sister Judith Abbot.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nakina Gray (Arlis), Darcy Kay Allen and Mellisa Jane Ward (Rick); her grandchildren, Chris, Nicole, Farrah, Natalie, Bo, Josh, Cassie, Corey, Jason and Jessica; her great grandchildren, Bailey, Emily, Kindle, Jordan, Megan, Milo, Aaron, Brianna, Lauren, Jeremiah, Eli, Ashlyn, Mason and Sally; and her stepchildren, Dawn McKissack, Crystal Bartelt, Thomas Bartelt, Aaron Bartelt and Ashely. She is also survived by numerous other relatives, and friends.
