It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Gerndt (Fairfield Bay, Arkansas), born in Suring, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 12, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Gerndt and Augusta Gerndt (Firgens); and his siblings, Orval, Millard, Vernon Gerndt, Marion Dzurcik, Lucille Christencen and Florence Stillman.
He is survived by: his wife Elda; his children, Kevin (Jeri) and Leana Gerndt; his grandchildren, Karen Ross, Kelly Gerndt, Melissa Gerndt and Ricardo Gerndt; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Joshua and Austin.
Parkinson's disease halted his activities.
