He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Verduzco and Dominga Rosales; his parents-in-law, James Leland Rains and Elsie Fern McGuffin Rains; and his siblings-in-law, Jana Rains and James Leland Rains Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Rains Verduzco of Everton; his children, Ernest Verduzco Jr. of Chula Vista, California and Kimberly Christine Verduzco of Chula Vista, California; the mother of his children Lucy Verduzco; and his siblings, Richard Verduzco of Tempe, Rosie Verduzco (Julie) of Manteca, Lel Verduzco of Fresno, Jol Verduzco (Michael) of Roseville, Fred Verduzco (Kris) of Madera, Roy Verduzco of Fresno and Beth Verduzco (Mike) of Mustang, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and good friends.
