She was predeceased by: her parents, J. H. Ballard and Rosalee Delk Russell. She is survived by: her siblings, David P. Russell, Karen E. Douglas and Robert E. Peoples; and her children, William Jacob Golden and Dolly Jolene Golden. She is also survived by grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorials to be made in her honor to Holt Memorial Chapel to assist the family with financial obligations.
