He is survived by: his mother Karen Harmon (Woods) of Evening Shade; his wife Kathy Birmingham Scheffler; his stepson Levi Miller of Batesville; his daughter Jade Ralph of Evening Shade; his stepdaughters, Amber Adams (Grady) of Cave City and Alyssa Gann (Derrick) of Cave City; his siblings, Carl Hollowell of Corning, Jaxon Cook, Kasey Dickerson (Travis) of Evening Shade, Cindy Harmon of Evening Shade, Rhonda Harmon of Patterson, Erica Kemp of Patterson, Kim Grimes of Fagus and Katie Hampton of Corning, Arkansas; his grandmother Doris Cook; and his grandchildren, Jaxon Gann of Evie Adams, T. K, Warner Adams, Ensley Gann and Molly Miller. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
