He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Johnson and Ruth C. Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Spalding of Bartlett, TN, Stephen Johnson (Kandy) of Fayetteville, AR and Marilyn Woods (Nate Anderson) of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
