He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren E. Barlow and Coletha Burks Barlow; his brother Thomas E. Barlow; and his great grandchild Alani Putnam. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Katherine Morris; his children, Lisa Barlow and Warren E. Barlow III; his sister JoAnn McKee; and his pets, Minnie and Romeow. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
