Smith (Destiny) of Eureka Springs, AR; his grandchildren, Avery Dunhurst, Elise Dunhurst and Karson L. Smith; and his brothers, Martin Karchner (Heidi) of Slidell, LA, Landy Smith (Kim) of Dell Valley, TX, Brent Smith (Maria) of Lexington, SC and Roy Thornburg (Theresa) of Bellefonte, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
