It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Todd Randolph of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, born in Fullerton, California, who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Shirlee Dianne Randolph-Ferrin (Bourbeau); his stepfather Albert Merrit Ferrin; and his brother Robert Ramsey. He is survived by: his father Raymond Todd Randolph; and his siblings, Brian Ramsey of Berryville, Scott Ramsey of Hollywood, Ricky Randolph of Cassville, Zachary Randolph of Pleasanton, Texas, Sara Randolph of Poteet and Melinda Randolph of Pleasanton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
