He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene and Lorraine Joan Koch (Bielenberg); and his wife Lucille. He is survived by: his children, Clinton Koch of Omaha, Ralph Moninger (Marylynn) of Bangor, Randy Moninger (Tracey) of Milford, Bobbi Jo Dalton (Jay) of Omaha and Barbi Beberniss (Steve) of Omaha; and his sister Debi Baldozier (Ed) of Grand Juction, Colorado. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great grandchild, one nephew, several other relatives and friends.
