He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Smith and Melba Smith (Russell). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Russell; his children, Jacob Burlingame (Jeanne) of Washington State, Christian Burlingame of Harrison, Arkansas, Shemaia and Chasia Cooper of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; his grandson Elijah; his siblings, Leonard Smith (Sherry) of Monroe, Louisiana, Kathy Eppley (Bill) of Bayport, Florida, Ashley Russell of Florence, Jan Allen of Monroe, Louisiana and Debbie Eaddy of Florence; his nieces and nephews, Megan Carpenter (Tim), Erin Grubenhoff (Michael), Kim Arthurs, Kelli Gilbert (Micheal), Joey Smith and Zachary Allen; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Grayson, Abbie, Landry, Marin, Eleanor, Leo and Sophie. He is also survived by many other friends and extended family.
