She is survived by: her husband Harley Faulkner; her children, Vanessa Faulker of Tulsa, OK, Cabel Faulkner (Allison) of Tulsa, OK and Johanna Maez (Toby) of Thornton, CO; her grandchildren, Page, Madison, Lilly, Emma, Taylor and Sophie; her sisters, Joyce Zeigler of Berryville and Nancy Johnson of Pea Ridge; and her sister-in-law Shirley Tollett of Ashdown. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
