He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Falk and Shirley Falk (Bratt); and his sister Carolyn S. Falk. He is survived by: his sons, Eric Falk, Jeffrey Falk (Leslie) and Christopher Falk (Hannah); his grandchildren, Madison, Blake, Adalynn, Parker and Kinsley Falk; and his siblings, John Falk (Melanie), Tim Falk (Tonya) and Teresa McGee (Larry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.
