He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Hazel Toney, Kenneth and Katherine Staton; and his brother Curt.

He is survived by: his parents, Royce Toney and Lou Staton Toney; his brother Derrick (Kelly); his great-aunt Melody Handley (John); his cousin Mabry; his uncle Bill Staton (Karen); and his cousin Dylan. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins and best friend and companion.
