Otis Dean Vaughan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2018, at the age of 88, Otis Dean Vaughan (Eureka Springs, Arkansas), born in Forsyth, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Vaughan and Leah Vaughan (Martin); and his brothers, Gene Vaughan and Donald Vaughan. He is survived by: his son Charles Vaughan of Eureka Springs, AR; his grandsons, Brett Vaughan (Jessica) of Calabasas and Conor Vaughan of Boca Raton; and his great grandchildren, Jack and Luke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, numerous other relatives and friends.
