He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Donel McCalister and Dorothy Moore (Scarrow); his daughter Nancy Jean McCalister; and his significant other Carol McCalister (Robinson). He is survived by: his children, David Carter McCalister (Dolores Woods) of Charleston, SC, Rachael Ann Quinn (Donald Quinn) of Lonoke, AR and Benjamin Warren McCalister (Mary Sullivan) of Cabot, AR.; and his siblings, Patricia Taylor, Earl McCalister of Eureka Springs, AR and Alan McCalister (Lori McCalister) of Windsor, MO..
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rock Springs Baptist Church (1898 Co Rd 211, Berryville, AR 72632). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to Rock Springs Baptist Church where he and his family are long time members.
