He was predeceased by: his parents, George Walter Weems and Luella Weems (Pinkley); his wife Lola; his children, Barbara Kelley, Donnie Weems and Howard Weems; his granddaughter Gina Weems; his great grandchild Brandon Snodgrass; and his siblings, Foster, Verlin, Cecil, Agnes, Alta, Hazel and Virginia.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Clark of Fort Smith, Karen Grulkey (Dave) of Eureka Springs, Diane McClelland (Larry) of Eureka Springs, Terri Weems of Eureka Springs and Arlie Weems of Eureka Springs.
