He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Thomas and Aileen Fisher Thomas; and his brother Richard Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his son Jason Thomas of Eureka Springs; his grandsons, Tyler Thomas of Eureka Springs and Gabriel Thomas of Berryville; his great grandchild Lyra Sulffridge; his sister Rebecca Hollingshead of Searcy; his nephew Allen Thomas; and his niece Traci.
