He is survived by: his children, Kevin Flemens of San Diego and Rachel Flemens of Eureka Springs; his brother Steve Flemens of Leesburg; his sister-in-law Cathy Flemens of Leesburg; his grandchildren, Kevin Flemens and Gloriann Flemens; and also, Rhonda Mullen and Sandra Halter. He is also survived by other cousins, nieces and other relatives.
