He was predeceased by: his parents, Delton Steffen and Arlene Steffen. He is survived by: his daughter Melanie Steffen (Ryan Bentlage); his sister Kathleen Stephens (Phil); his stepchildren, Mark, Alissa Grett and Laura Grett; his grandchildren, Mason, Amelia and Evelyn Grett; his nieces, Amy Backes and Eva Moore; and his nephew Daniel Stephens. He is also survived by several cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
