She is survived by: her husband Dave Grulkey; her children, Shelley Ramos (Jim) of Topeka, Dane Grulkey (Jennifer) of Anchorage and Lesley Scroggins (Tyler) of Holiday Island; her grandchildren, Lea Estela, Julian McKinley, Jamie Lola, Ezra David, Ariel Karen Rose, Dane Boone and Skylar Oliva; and her siblings, Arlie Weems of Eureka Springs, Sandra Clark of Fort Smith, Diane McClelland of Eureka Springs and Terri Weems of Eureka Springs.
