He is survived by: his spouse Nicky Tune; his children, Phillip Cook (Marny), Ozark, Michelle Crawford-Stiff (Bob), Branson, Synthia Hayes (Robert), Rocky Eckhardt, Shawna, Melissa Stephens (Blake), West Plains, Brandon Eckhardt, Seattle, Lori Stebbins (Justin) and Joplin; his brothers, Roger Cook (Sherri), Forsyth, Lee Cook (Deborah) and Phoenix; his grandchildren, Taylor Sanchez, Stephen Crawford, Lauryn Stiff, Elijah Cook, Payton Stiff, Emma Eckhardt, Rachel Eckhardt, Silas Stephens, Chloe Stephens, Leah Stephens, Connor Jones, Coleson Stebbins and Ellie Stebbins; and his great grandchildren, Urijah Lee and Kaia Lee. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
