He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel David and Carrie Beatrice Harris (Adcock); and his sisters, Marguerite Hendrix (Lavelle) of Cleveland, MS, Anna Faye Barkley (Jim) of Houston, TX and Betty Pickett (John) of Ball, LA.
He is survived by: his children, Samuel David Harris (Bree) of Royal, AR, Kathryn Knight (Roger) of Eudora, AR, Sandy Hagood (Bobby Joe) of Eudora, AR, Rodger Harris (Rebecca) of Waco, KY, Michael Harris (Connie) of Oak Grove, LA and Mary Weatherly (Phillip) of Wilmot, AR. He is also survived by grandchildren, twenty-four (24) great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
