She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Brooks and Dorothy Bowers Brooks; and her siblings, Robert Lee Brooks, Lavern Williams, Lucille Crosby and Geynell Hagood.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Dobbins, Jr. (Jacquline) of Hamburg, Kathy Cain (Terry) of Hamburg and Tammy Newell (Ricky) of Kilbourne, Louisiana; and her siblings, Paul Brooks of Fountain Hill, Donna Ruth Venable of Grady, Colette Smith of Goodwill and Teny Deloach of Batesville. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
