He is survived by: his son Kelcey Sammons of Eudora, Arkansas; his mother Ila Mae Hagan of Eudora, Arkansas; his stepfather Kenneth Hagan of Eudora, Arkansas; and his sister Theresa Sammons of Oak Grove, Louisiana.
