He is survived by: his former wife Martha Ann Mardis; his wife Martha Whittington of Eudora, AR; his son Bryan Whittington (Lori) of Oak Grove, LA; his adoptive sons, Dale McBride and George Yelvington; his siblings, James "Sonny" Whittington (Julia) of Bastrop, LA, Ruby Hopkins of Jacksonville, FL, Epsie Sugg of Sherwood, AR, Georgia Ball of Hot Springs, AR, Polly Landers (Billy) of Jonesboro, AR and Vicki Childers (Jim) of West Monroe, LA; his grandchildren, Logan Strange (Clark) and Lara Beth Harper (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Eliza Strange, Brooks Strange, Viviana Harper and Georgia Kate Harper.
