He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jane Freeman Evans; and his son Tony Evans. He is survived by: his daughter Carla Smith (Dickey) of Sherwood; his grandchildren, Shane Smith (Shelly), Misty Herrera (Michael) of Sherwood and Leah Evans of Conway; and his brothers, Bobby Evans (Mary) of Smackover, Norman Evans of England, Euleus of England and Rusty of England. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
