He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Clayton Bagwell and Mabel Munk Bagwell; his children, Cherrie Lynne Kelley and Gerald Louis "Buddy" Bagwell; and his siblings, Robert "Tincey" Bagwell, Barbara Harrison, Billy Joe Bagwell, Gerald Louis "Buddy" Bagwell and Wilma "Tootsie" Middleton.
He is survived by: his son Jason Bagwell of St Petersburg; his sister Peggy Frank of Alexander; and his son-in-law Jeff Kelley of Bryant. He is also survived by three grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
