It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Woodard of England, Arkansas, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha Joslin and Ruby Joslin; and her siblings, Jimmy, Darrel Joslin and Mary Ann.
She is survived by: her son John Woodard; her granddaughter Emily Woodard; her great grandchildren, Seth, Sierra Smith, Selena and Holly Smith; and her sister-in-law Caroline Joslin. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
