He is survived by: his parents, Noel Talley and Lou Ella Talley; his wife Janey; and his children, Austin Talley, William Jenkins, Billy Jenkins (Ashley) and Sonya Hanna (Jerry). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and extended family.
